ABOUT OUR FEES

Please note that our fees not only cover the makeup and hair services but also phone and email consultations, unlimited contact with Aleksandra, skin care advice, planning, scheduling as well as travel time. We are here to help you coordinate makeup and hair so that everything goes smoothly.
On average, each client exchanges some 60 emails with us throughout the planning process, so our fees also reflect the time we put into managing each project.

WEDDING MAKEUP

Aleksandra currently accepts a very limited amount of wedding bookings herself. If you would like to work with Aleksandra specifically please inquire directly about availability/pricing.

False eyelashes are included.

Makeup touch-ups: If you are a very detail-oriented person, we recommend you hire Aleksandra or the artist you book for an hourly touch up fee. We will stay with you for the photos and make sure you are picture perfect for every shot. Alternatively, if the wedding is taking place in the Philadelphia city center, we can return once later in the day.

Generally we need a bride plus 3 minimum for booking.

All rates are non-negotiable.

WEDDING HAIR STYLING

HAIR EXTENSIONS

If clip-in hair extensions are to be used, clients must purchase these in advance at a beauty supplies store.

We offer long-lasting hair extensions, which last from a few weeks to few months. We have several types of extensions from bonded to taped. During a consultation session, we find the optimal match for you.

Long-lasting extensions: $ 850 to $ 1,250 (includes hair and after care products).

SPECIAL ASSIGNMENTS

Please contact us for custom rates for anything special you have in mind.

TERMS

MINIMUM BOOKING 
Makeup or hair services must be booked for a minimum of four persons of your wedding party. If you would like to book both makeup and hair, you need to have at least four people requiring makeup and four requiring hair styling.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Bookings are secured for a given date upon contract signature and payment of a non-refundable retainer corresponding to 50% of total fees.

PAYMENT BALANCE
Remaining 50% is due one week prior to the wedding or event date.

TRAVEL EXPENSES
Travel expenses are included for locations in Center City Philadelphia. Beyond this distance, a fee of $1/mile applies for each artist. We also do destination bookings and can provide a quote including travel fees.


TOLLS AND PARKING
Where a location involves toll or parking fees, client is responsible for covering these expenses.

Sales tax: 8% sales tax applies to all transactions.
