We’re truly looking forward to being part of your wedding day. Our goal is to create a calm, seamless experience while delivering beautiful, long-lasting makeup and hair you’ll feel confident in all day.

Below is some helpful information on how to prepare and what to expect while our team is with you.

Setting Up Our Work Area

To ensure a smooth and efficient setup, we kindly ask that the following be arranged in advance:

  • If you’re staying at a hotel, please request high stools from the front desk for makeup application (one per makeup artist).

  • Hair stylists will need standard-height chairs (one per stylist).

  • A flat surface such as a table, countertop, or desk for our kits.

  • Access to natural light, ideally near a window, is greatly appreciated for makeup application.

  • Access to electrical outlets or extension cords for both hair and makeup services.

Preparing for Makeup & Hair

We always welcome inspiration images for makeup and hair—these help us understand your style and preferences. Please also let us know your comfort level with makeup, whether you typically prefer a more natural look or enjoy fuller glam.

For hair services:

  • All clients receiving hair services should arrive with clean, dry hair, unless booked for a blowout with light waves.

  • A $30 drying fee applies for clients receiving updos who arrive with wet hair, as drying hair is not always feasible within the wedding morning schedule.

For makeup services:

  • Please arrive with no makeup on. Skincare is perfectly fine and encouraged.

  • We recommend bringing a lipstick or lip gloss of your choice for touch-ups later in the day.

  • Clients with oily skin may also wish to have blotting papers or a mattifying powder on hand.

Your makeup will be professionally set and designed to last throughout the day, though lipstick will naturally fade over time and shine may appear on very oily skin.

Logistics & Timing

  • Our team will arrive approximately 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up.

  • At hotels, artists typically use valet parking, which is usually charged to the client’s room. If you prefer alternative arrangements, please let us know in advance.

  • If on-site parking is unavailable, artists may park in a nearby garage (when applicable) and kindly request reimbursement before departure.

Each service is scheduled for approximately 45 minutes per person, per service. This serves as a guideline—some clients may require slightly more or less time. To help us stay on schedule, we kindly ask that everyone be present at least 30 minutes before their scheduled service time.

Once services are completed for the final person, artists will perform any necessary finishing touches and then depart.

If you would like one or more artists to remain on-site for additional touch-ups, this can be arranged in advance at an hourly rate of $170 per artist.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in our service fees. If you wish to tip, gratuities may be given directly to the artists in cash or via Venmo/Zelle.

We hope your wedding day is everything you’ve envisioned and more. Please know that our team is here to support, guide, and create a relaxed, joyful atmosphere so you can fully enjoy every moment.

Warmly,
Aleksandra & The Team
